We hope you join us this year for the Ha’iku Ho’olaule’a & Flower Festival. Plant & produce booths are being managed by the Ha’iku Community Association (HCA) Board.  

 

This well attended event features a silent auction, live music, entertainment, historical display, arts & crafts, food, plant & produce sale, and much more! This event is always great fun as well as an opportunity to sell your unique farm products to the thousands who attend.

 

We offer PLANT & AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT BOOTHS for $25 each. Booths are 10’x10’ unsheltered spaces. You may provide your own tent &/or shade. Please note that due to the great success & growth of the festival, we may have to limit the number of booths available, so please sign up soon. Please let us know if you wish to sell from your vehicle.

The Haiku School PTA will be sponsoring a large booth to sell donated Grower’s Market items and will be grateful for any donations of plants, cut flowers, lei, ag products, and produce. All proceeds from these donations will go to the Ha’iku School PTA to fund classroom enrichment. Donations may be brought to the Haiku Community Center all day on Friday, March 10th or Saturday, March 11th between 7 & 8 am. Pick up may be arranged by leaving a message at 573-3573.

Grower’s Market Information Sheet

 

1.       The Growers Market is open to agricultural ventures from all areas of Maui County for the sale of plants and agricultural products as well as cut flowers and produce. The Ha’iku Community Association Board will manage the Grower’s Market this year. The Haiku School PTA will be sponsoring a large booth to sell donated Grower’s Market items and will be grateful for any donations of plants, cut flowers, lei, ag products, and produce.

2.       BOOTH FEES: $15 per aprox. 10’ x 10’ unsheltered booth space. You provide your own tent &/or shade. Due to the great success & growth of the festival, there may not be sufficient space for venders to sell from their vehicles. Vendors needing more than 10’ x 10’ area may purchase 2 or more spaces side by side.

3.       Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs and table coverings.

4.       Festival and Grower’s Market hours are 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. You may close up earlier if you are sold out. (Please note that vehicles may not come & go from field till after 3:30pm.)

5.       Set up time is 7:00 to 9:00 am on March 11. At this time, booth space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis by the Grower’s Market Management. All vehicles must be removed from Grower’s Market area by 8:45 am.

6.       Vehicles may not come & go from the field until after 3:30 pm. You must vacate the field by 5pm.

7.       It is the responsibility of each vendor to have a General Excise Tax number and to report their earnings to the Hawaii State Dept. of Taxation and for those with prepared foods to have Dept. of Health Permit.

8.       No electricity is available.
